Good Day to everyone, and nice to meet you! Again, start from the Topic itself I think you should know what is it all about. Well, let me tell you again, this is not something only have connections for crying and tears only! This title is about your emotions and how do you handle it. I am not going to teach you how to solve your emotions problem or nether giving you a solution but I will tell you about emotions and the cause plus on why it happens! Everyone in this world have emotions even the president or prime minister himself! No one can tell you specifically how he is going to feel in the next minutes or days. Example: Before you read this you are being curious what is this all about and now I am trying telling you that you just won a Million dollars or maybe more reality is, your mother is a Bitch! Now tell me how do you feel? You will think that this guy writing some bullshit and it is not worthy to continue reading. Well, let me tell you something, this is EMOTIONS! Some people tend to get angry easily and some people just being calm all the time as they know they need to react somehow to show they have respond and able to think. This is a good Symptom as it shows that your brain is still functioning.
Now let start the main topic shall we? Emotions have two categories such as the negative and the positive site. Emotions are something that is intangible and unable to see or feel by other peoples but only you yourself can define your own emotions and feelings at the moment. So is there any different between feelings and emotions? Actually there is and how? Emotions can categories in more particularly such as fear, anxiety, negativity, frustration, depressions and so on. This is the emotions that what normally we have for the negative category and as for the feelings such as anger, sadness, Jealousy and so on. From here we know that emotions are the main controller to your feelings and eventually to your physical action. You might cry, fight, stone and so on. What surrounding area and stuff that actually can cause us to have all this feeling? Some example: being disappointed? Joy? Surprise? Trustworthy? Unable to handle the entire work load?
When we human is in the emotional status, our body produce chemical as we call the chemical reaction. Not nuclear OK!!...... When we are in the negative stat then our body will produce negative chemical reaction that eventually can cause serious illness if there is too much of it. So on with the positive but we will be much healthier. Throughout the whole emotional status can be consider as psychological status because all this is being control by our mental or intellectual faculties of though, perceptions, reasons and memory. Our emotions is being control by the belief system and normally emotions is being build up through your mostly experience or how your were being raise up and whom you mix with the most. It is one of the processes from what we see and hear from everyday! This belief system will start to evaluate what you see and learn then ka-boom your emotions starts to fill up! Why we have this all emotions while actually we don’t even have to show it out? It is good that if you have good emotions but what is it for the sadness and stress? What is that all about? This is the reason that you don’t know how to handle yourself and you don’t know about yourself clearly! The real things is, people, places and things cannot changes how you feel actually. It is just a process of what you see and hear. Giving you an example again: When one of your most nearest relative or your eldest died and you cry and shed a few tears that is normal, but if you still cry for the next few months then you are in serious trouble! Every human will die and this is just part of our process. We are being born and until the day you are old then you will go to the lights. Learn to accept the truth and facts that things do always happen in our life but again, try to fix the problem rather just to keep complaining, stress or give up! There is nothing impossible in this world, it is the matter of time and again I strongly want to tell you that I am not asking you to be cruel or wick! Everything will just turn back to you as what normally people will say is, if you plant a seed of mango and you will and a mango tree. The most important thing is how you plant it, water it, taking care and from there you will have a strong bond between yourself and your emotions. You are the supreme of your own emotions.
As in the news paper every day we can read some raping issues, student murder teacher and so on. Why is this happening? The reason is because no one is trying to listen to the others and end up they are lost and if can try to help your friends or your family members and one things is they are human so do you! Respect the others and gain respect from there, don’t just think about yourself and start to eliminate the others as power of a man will never chop the whole jungle down but with power of men can clear the whole tress and start their own empire! Again, strongly remind you all, emotions start with your own and you are the only one that can suppress your own self. If you need to talk to somebody, try to talk to the professional in your schools, parents, trusted friends and the best is have a drinks and relax your mind then cultivate yourself whether is it worthy to shed so much tears as in the end still don’t have any results?......Thank you and again, this is just an advice and I am no doctor or professional here.
